Lacis Patterns

This page is for those who would like to try lacis or would just like patterns based on pre-seventeenth century extant Lacis for their own personal use. I am trying to digitize as many patterns as I can so you will have them for doing lacis or counted embroidery. I will be adding more patterns as I come to them. 

If you are looking for filet net, you can get 3, 5 and 7 mesh from Filet Lace By the Sea. Warning: Last I talked to her, the owner was looking to sell her business, including the antique machine that she uses to make the net.  Lacis seems to be looking for a supplier, but they have woven net that you can use in a pinch.
